In 2018, Erica started her own solo law practice, Wolfe & Associates, in Middletown, Delaware. The firm quickly grew into three locations with twenty-five employees and five attorneys. Erica prides herself in assisting clients through every step of the residential and commercial purchase and refinance process, including the review of all contracts, mortgage documents, title commitments, and surveys.
